Crus Yacht Team has placed a lot of energy in the development of the new sails plan! We searched and found a great partner in the name of Monty Spindler a Windsurfer Hall of fame, recognized by his pair as an important key player in sailing development! The target was to propose
- A more modern sail design
- A more polyvalent sail plan
- Increase the wind range use
- Give to heavy sailors a powerful sail to enjoy more the Crus 12
- Give medium sailors to get a thrill even in light wind conditions!
This new 7.5 sail has been tested and validated in 2024, she is certainly the most polyvalent sails we have made. Heavy sailors will find a great sails they will handle until 25 knots! Medium weight and lighte sailors will find an all days great and easy to control sail! Highly recommended for our new Crus 12!
Of course this was only possible with several mast prototypes until we found the best polyvalences, but still keep the simplicity that Marco Crocci developed in 2008 for the Truc 12!
